Shipping policy

Order Processing:


Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Handmade items require 3-10 business days for processing. We ship Monday through Friday.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:


Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. We use USPS for deliveries, typically arriving in 2-5 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times may vary.


Address Accuracy:


Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. You have 24 hours after placing your order to correct any address errors. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to purchase a reshipment fee, available on our site, to have your package resent.


Lost or Stolen Packages:


After shipping, Nutritious Nae LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS with your tracking number to file a claim.
